Read Linda’s remembrance

When Linda first met Monsignor Andrew in person, she saw St. Paul in him. She writes that both could take a simple story or topic and turn it into an epic novel through detailed tangents—yet there was always something of value to take away.

She remembers Andrew’s health challenges, but also how quickly he would turn from them to speak about his latest adventure in God’s work. Most of all, she remembers his love: for God, for the people he ministered to, and for Danny, his partner of 50 years.

Linda writes that Andrew’s work is not done. He remains joined with Jesus and the saints, and the love shared between Andrew and the community keeps his spirit strong among us.
